To earn your motorcycle license in New Jersey, you must pass a knowledge test and an on-cycle skill test. After studying the NJ Driver Manual and the New Jersey Motorcycle Manual, take the written and vision tests. The New Jersey motorcycle test consists of 50 questions, and you need at least 40 correct answers to pass (80%). Applicants must also pass the MVC road test. Schedule an appointment for the road test after passing the written and vision tests.
